Pre-school Education
Leveraging the state-owned enterprise advantage, the company dedicated in exploring Yuexiu’s unique childcare businesses by integrating high quality resources in the industry. We partnered with Guangzhou Women's and Children's Hospital and Guangzhou Kindergarten School to create a new model of integrated childcare education featuring "medical and childcare integration, musical features, public and inclusive education, and operated by state-owned", build the "Yuemeile" pre-school education brand and establish "Yuemeile Kindergarten". During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, we will engage to the government's proposals of fulfilling the demands for kindergartens and nursery schools in our residential projects to enrich community education services and export quality pre-school education resources.

Basic Education
We have established strategic partnerships with quality education groups such as South China Normal University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Guangzhou University and established public schools of basic education in seven communities, providing nearly 11,000 quality school positions to the communities, allowing proprietors to enjoy quality education at their doorstep. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, we will continue to add new community schools in Guangzhou to provide quality basic education with public schools. We will effectively support the development of regional education, improve the quality of community support services, and promote balanced development of quality education resources in Guangzhou.

Quality Education Industry-Education Integration International Education
We have established a strategic partnership with the Vienna Children's Choir, one of the world's top music and arts education brands, to explore the establishement of music and arts center in the Greater Bay Area. we also have signed a strategic framework agreement with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to build the "Hong Kong University of Science and Technology - Yuexiu Guangzhou-Hong Kong Collaborative Industry-University-Research Base. Additionally, we have cooperated with Marriott Hotel and Bijie Vocational and Technical College to build the Bijie Industry-Education Integration Hotel Training Base, which will train more than 1,000 professional service personnel for the local community each year. We closely followed the national policies, explored educational resources, innovated cooperation models and explored the promotion of community quality education, industry-education integration and international education to empower our main business.
