Zhenjiang New Area Sunri Nursing Home, located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province is the phase II project of the New Area Social Welfare Center built by the Zhenjiang New Area Management Committee with an investment of RMB120 million. It is a non-profit elderly care institution jointly managed and operated by Yuexiu Silver Beauty and Taiwan's leading elderly care brand Rui Guang. With the mission of allowing more Chinese elderly enjoy a healthy, happy and convenient life, the institution introduces advanced elderly care concepts and Taiwan's excellent nursing techniques into Zhenjiang, and provides comprehensive quality elderly care services for the elderly in Zhenjiang.

Zhenjiang First People's Hospital New Area Branch, formerly known as the Dagang People's Hospital, was founded in 1951. In 2003, it was incorporated into the Zhenjiang First People's Hospital and renamed as Zhenjiang First People's Hospital New Area Branch, also known as Zhenjiang New Area People's Hospital. It is the only grade 2A comprehensive public hospital in the district that integrates medical treatment, scientific research, teaching, rehabilitation, and preventive health care. The hospital covers an area of 45.4 mu, with a construction area of 24,000 square meters. There are 400 authorized beds, 231 of which are open for use. Currently, there are 418 employees and more than 90 middle and senior professional and technical personnel.

In order to expedite the reform of the elderly care service industry, improve the quality of elderly care services, better meet the actual needs of the elderly, Zhenjiang First People's Hospital New Area Branch and Zhenjiang New Area Sunri Nursing Home have established a cooperative relationship, providing services such as regular consultations, medical green passage, talks on health, and health check-up passage for the elderly living in the nursing home, making sure that "the elderly are well-cared for, the elderly are happy, the elderly receive proper medical care, the elderly is given opportunities to learn new things as well as to pass on their experience", creating a warm and comfortable living space for the elderly, fully demonstrating the Communist Party of China, the government, as well as the whole society’s care for the elderly.
