The project is the third institution under Yuexiu Silver Beauty’s “Urban Residence” series of elderly-care services. Launched in August 2019, the project provides 236 beds. It has a stylish and elegant architectural style, and is equipped with a rehabilitation medical center, a health-conscious restaurant and a daycare center to provide customers a Taiwanese elderly-care services.

Personalized Catering service：
Health and nutrition experts are invited to configure menus, providing standard meals, medicinal meals and special meals. Health practitioners and nutritionists work together to analyze different elders and provide nutritional packages to help them recover from health problems. For example, prepare recipes with "less oil", "less salt" and "sugar-free” labels for the elderly who suffer from special chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Formulate a liquid diet for the elderly who needs nasogastric feeding. The nursing home makes nutritious food that the elderly familiar with and love to eat, so that they can eat well, digest well and feel better, thus loving life more.
Rooftop Plaza：
The project has a multi-functional rooftop plaza designed by Prof. Zhu Yimin, from the Department of Architecture of the South China University of Technology, with a modern and bright architectural style. The plaza is featured with seven scenes of Xiu Yuan, gardening area, leisure activity space, all with barrier-free access. Every step in the plaza has a unique scene, providing an elegant and secluded environment for the elderly.
VIP Suite：
VIP suites have an average area of more than 100 square meters, including living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, washroom and balcony. The suites are luxuriously decorated and practical, with ventilation and sufficient light in every room, and adequate security facilities to meets the needs of high-end elderly homes in many aspects. The suites are equipped with various age-appropriate features, such as enlarged door frames with no threshold design for wheelchair access; IC smart cards are used in the community so that the elderly do not need to bring keys to enter and exit; wall corners are designed into rounded-shape to avoid injuries; age-appropriate furniture is set up in every room; closets fully reflect comfort and safety; and the No.1 European emergency response system is adopted to enable the elderly to contact the staff at any time.
Convenient services：
The project provides a variety of convenient services, such as auxiliary aids rental, medical consultation, laundry, and various online services. Also, it provides the day-care, community elderly-care and home services for the surrounding residents. The project furnishes the first embedded elderly-care beds in Guangzhou, providing convenient home-care services for residents in the surrounding communities.
