To further advance Yuexiu Property's “Towards Net Zero” strategy and enhance corporate sustainability level, the Group has established the “Yuexiu Property Sustainability Badge” commendation measures. The commendation aims to encourage and recognize project teams or individuals with outstanding performance in the “Towards Net Zero” initiative, and recognising their outstanding contributions in green building, smart technology applications, low-carbon and environmentally-friendly design, as well as the creation of healthy living spaces. Through this reward mechanism, the Group hopes to motivate more employees to actively participate in the vision of corporate sustainability, drive innovation, enhance the Group’s green value, and ultimately achieve the “Net Zero” goal.

The teams or individuals awarded the “Sustainability Badge” will serve as role models to demonstrate Yuexiu Property's innovative achievements in healthy housing systems and green community development, while also enhancing the company’s awareness and actions towards sustainability. This commendation not only acknowledges individual achievements, but also further propels Yuexiu Property's leadership in green development practices within the industry, continually advancing towards the goal of “Net Zero” in the future.
