"Yuexiu Haiyiyuan" is a high-end urban elderly care complex under Yuexiu Health and Wellness with a total GFA of 16,341.58 square meters, providing 356 beds. The project has 81 elderly-friendly designs and 136 attentive care services. Partnering with Adef Résidences, a French nursing home organization with 60+ years of experience in elderly care and nursing homes, "Yuexiu Haiyiyuan" pinpoints the two major French elderly care concepts of “humanistic care” and “improve social involvement in seniors”, setting new standards for quality elderly care and was a key community project of Guangzhou in 2019 as well as a major project in Zhuhai, Guangzhou in 2018.
