In October 2024, Yuexiu Property was certified as a Women Workplace Index (WWi) Gold Employer, making it one of the five companies to receive the honour among the more than 250 listed companies that have participated in the competition so far. This recognition recognises Yuexiu Property's continuous efforts to create an equal, inclusive and diverse work environment, and to promote the sustainable development of the society.

Women Workplace Index is the first and only certification regime dedicated to the women workplace representation and practices of listed companies and other employers in Asia. The Index provides a comprehensive platform for employers to disclose their women's workplace policies, practices and progress, and showcases achievements through Asia's largest publicly accessible database. Its certification covers listed companies and major employers across Asia and is based on a set of questionnaires covering 3 pillars, 16 topics and more than 40 indicators, assessing employers' practices through a combination of international standards and local regulations.
